THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This item is absolute trash. It's so bad, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million times, and it still doesn't work. The quality is pathetic, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd bought something usable instead. Save your cash, folks
